Zork is the grand-pappy of all adventure games, and the first work of "interactive fiction" to achieve any kind of widespread popularity. This game is a text-based adventure, and thus contains no graphics. Nevertheless, Zork deposits the player in a rich and magical world filled with tricky puzzles and a cavernous underground kingdom to explore.
