Basics
Your orchard is growing oranges, grapes, strawberries and bananas, and it’s up to you to keep the bugs away. You can maneuver your bug blaster to the left and right with the direction keys. Use the fire button to fire a blast of bug poison up at your enemies.
Goals
In the upper right corner of your screen, you can see three pieces of fruit -- this is what the Master Nest is after. Once it’s released enough insects to keep you busy, it will head to the fruit and try to make off with a piece. Watch for this and try to take out the Master Nest before it gets away. Here's an incentive: for every wave you defeat without losing a single piece of fruit, you’re awarded an extra life.
Tip: Priorities
It's best to destroy as many other insects as possible before destroying the Nest itself, because any remaining bugs on the screen will turn into fast, deadly Stinger Spiders when the Master Nest is destroyed.
Tip: Forewarned is Forearmed
Note that the Master Nest always enters from the left side of the screen, so concentrate your fire in that area. The Master Nest is temporarily protected by a shield as soon as it appears, but stick close and you might get lucky!
