Basics
Night Driver is the racing game equivalent of Pong -- it’s a simple driving simulation consisting of a car, glowing pylons and oncoming traffic. Move left and right to keep your car on the road and avoid oncoming traffic. Press the action button to accelerate. There are eight modes of play in Night Driver. You can drive on a Novice, Pro, Expert or Random track, either in a 90-second trial or in a no-time-limit endurance test.
Tip: Center
This may sound obvious, but the best way to handle the curves is to stay in the center of the road as much as possible. Also, avoid too much swerving back and forth or you’ll lose control of the car.
Tip: Practice
Once you get the hang of driving, it is easier to succeed on the Expert and Pro tracks than on the Novice offerings.
