Gameplay
The action comes at you fast and furious. Left, right, up and down move the MiG in the corresponding direction, while the fire button fires your selected weapon. You can cycle between your weapons by using the space bar. As you jet through the level, items will be dropped via parachute; be sure and snag as many as you can. These will replenish your weapons and damage meter. Also, be on the lookout for the H-labeled supply. This is a nuclear warhead that, when dropped, destroys everything on screen.
Basics
The response controls of the MiG-29 are essential for out-maneuvering the waves of enemy fire. You only get one fighter jet, so you will need to make the most of it. On the top center of the screen, the distance indicator shows how far you need to go before finishing a level. To the left of the indicator are your weapons and their quantities. The last thing you want to do is run out of ammo, so keep a watchful eye on this.
Tip: Apache
When the Apache shows up, be sure and switch to the heat-seeking missiles (third set of weapons). These (and the H-Bomb, if you're lucky enough to have found one) are the only way to take out the chopper.
Tip: Parachutes
Always pick up the parachutes because you will need everything you can get.
